Ali Hazelwood has become one of my go to guilty pleasure authors, along side CoHo. The Love Hypothesis did not disappoint in the cheesy romance department and I am here for it.

I originally picked this book up at the bookstore, because of the BookTok hype. In between fantasy and thrillers, I enjoy a good sappy romance novel. I think I liked it so much because it focuses on women in STEM career fields, as an IT lady myself, I appreciate that.
Olive is in her third year as a PHD student, studying to be a scientist. Her nemesis is Adam, a well known professor who has a reputation of being HOT but also, a jerk. When they are stuck working around each other all the time, Olive and Adam begin a fake relationship that ends up not being so fake in the end to appease her best friend Ahn. Little does Olive know, the stranger she kissed in the dark years ago, as this same man.
During their mess of a fake relationship you can't help but root them on and hope they can get through all the ups and downs together in the end, with jealous professors trying to take them down. On my TBR is another Ali Hazelwood, Love on the brain.
